hmm, i kinda did a dumb thing on thurs nite and fri morning... and now it still hurts... even from fri afternoon until now... dotz... hmm... hope it recovers soon...

sat:
woke up late, packed my clothes drawer, showered and reached sch at around 1plus... wah... today got no breakfast lor... only eat half a portion of rice and fish slice soup for lunch too...

haha! my sister got scam-ed lor... haha, she went to help us buy lunch and queue at the super popular and tasty fish slice soup store at jurong west... lol, then in the end she didn't know they got spring onions... lol, luckily they forgot to put it in 1 soup. haha, and so she took that. hmm, 2nd thing... lol, they gave only 2 packets of rice when she bought 3 soups... they charged her the price for 3 rice lor... haha... how can they scam a 'small' girl sia... hahaa! hmm, it isn't that nice compared to having it there actually... lol... or they deproved?... haha.

hmm, i overshot the dover station and went to buona vista... haha... i think too tired le... reached club... play pc games and slacked... haha... then went to jog 1 lap around sch... slacked awhile more at the field and went to jog another 6laps with fiz and wei yi at the sch's stadium... lol... really run a lot today lor... went thru a theory&prac session on various exercises. haha. after that, up we go for our daily weekend badminton sessions with me, yan and fiz. haha, anthony joined us for awhile too.

went off from sch at around 8plus and ate macs for dinner... tried the new spicy chicken mcnuggets and onion rings... hmm, its ok bah... not very nice but edible. lol, i like the heaven&earth green tea though. hahaa! dotz... i gained back all the calories i lost for the estimated 5km (1lap around sch >= 2.5km + 6laps = 2.4km) and badminton session today.....

reached home late today too...

hmm, going to buy my new portable hd tmr at the suntec's IT fair... haha.

goin to slp soon... quite tired actually... lol, and its a 'miracle' i pushed myself to do so much exercises today. haha!
