Graduation! =D
Graduation! =D
haha, officially graduated from singapore poly, graduation session VI on wed, 28May, 2008!
took halfday for graduation, went to festive market and ate sakae sushi for lunch... lol, duncan drove me, daniel, tommy and habs there... lol, so the five of us were at a table while huei mei and the rest were at another table. haha...
i ordered the chicken teppanyaki set lunch and it was super nice!! :D lol, the 1st thing that came was the salad, with a very unique salad dressing, lol. didn’t finish a few leaves becoz those didn’t had any dressing, lol, too plain le. haha! next thing that came was the unagi temaki that i ordered additionally, hmm, not bad bah... this was quite normal. lol, the rice came next followed by the assorted vegetables. the rice had some red saltish powder on it that’s very nice too. haha, no, its not chili, lol. the stir fry veggies consisiting of dou miao and bean sprouts was nicely done too! haha, very fragrant and tasty lor. lol. the stir-fried cuttlefish with onions came next. lol, yummy, haha! last but not least, the teppanyaki chicken came. lol, not too bad also, quite tasty too. haha, i finished my rice when i was only halfway thru my chicken lor.
lol. overall rating for today’s lunch? 4/5 stars! haha! er, even though habs and duncan were asking lame qns again. LOL. after lunch, duncan drove us to the amk station while dropping habs back at the office on the way there. thanks Duncan!! :D hmm, after that, we went our separate ways with daniel and tommy goin to amk, me goin to city hall and duncan goin back to the office. lol.
went to G2000 to buy a last min white long sleeve formal shirt with collar… lol, discovered that my old shirt can’t be wore anymore right in the morning. haha, becoz got holes! lol, and that old shirt was the only white shirt i had too. LOL. er. I suddenly realized that i could had went to rct to buy instead of marina square… dotz…
rushed to sch after that. met up with classmates, chuan, ys, kel, candy, kevin… lol. slacked for a while, took some pics and we went into the convention centre for the ceremony wearing our graduation robes. lol, after every1 was seated, i realized that the ppl seated in my row for our section were all my yr1 classmates! lol! there was only 1 person that i didn’t know. haha. chuan was seated in the row behind me while nicole was right in front of me too! oh yar, raudha was on my right while hong hui was on my left. :D
we went onto stage one by one to get our scrolls and diploma cert and returned to our seats. after the ceremony ended, all of us went outside to take more pics! lol. pa came to help me take my robe and other stuff and i took some pics with pa too. haha! after that, more cam whoring with both ex-classmates and classmates and we left for dinner near to 9pm. haha.
the whole bunch of us, me, chuan, ys, kel, candy, her bf, daniel and chong jun left for clarke quay. dotz. we went to the same place where i had my SRRR compy last weekend… dotz… at riverside point. lol. anyway, we wanted to eat at café iguana actually, but it was too full, and so we went to brewerkz instead. haha. i ate a main called white cod. portion was very little compared what the rest had. lol, but after i finished the whole thing, it was actually just nice. which was quite amazing, lol, becoz its just a slice of fish with a lot of veggies beneath it. haha!
went home after that… hmm, plan was actually to go drinking, but a lot of ppl can’t make it and so it was cancelled. lol. but i want to try café iguana! guys, let’s go eat this tues nite? haha!
