LOL. managed to hitch a ride to the mrt in seok ling's honda civic again! haha... super cool... she so gd hor... =D
hmm... today quite stress... very little work... but to me half of it i dun uds... so waste a lot of time... i totally dun uds how to do the data prep lor... so really quite stress esp after late afternoon... lol... but in the end got car ride... so not too stress le... haha...
eh... slept super late... becoz trying to complete the agm slides... think i slept at 2 plus lor...
Sat:
woke up 45 mins late... made some more changes to the slides then go sch... dr collected our club keys... eh... so... now hand down le... congrats and work hard new main comm! =) lol... jia you christine! my successor... haha... hmm... took pics of agm... took rayson's mum's honda civic to the club from the mlt... lol... old version... seok ling's is the new version... went for training at the stadium... shot 100 arrows... dotz... stamina drop le... 100 so little also tired... haha... hitch rayson's car to the club with my bow from the stadiun to the club again... haha... thz rayson for all the rides! =D
haha... during last yr's agm... i couldn't get used to the fact that we were the main comm, that we could no longer look for the main comm (the graduates) becoz we were the main comm and that we are actually 'in charge' of the club... lol, confusing... but tis yr's agm... i cannot get use to the fact that we were no longer the main comm, without club keys, etc... lol... haha... but getting used to it le... comparing to last yr... i think i took a few wks to get used to being in the main comm lor... haha...
hmm... on a more serious note... sumthin i want to tell the new main comm... dun noe whether u all will see tis not... dun noe how to bring tis up during the sharing session also... communication within the committee is impt... dun hide tis hide tat among urselves jus becoz u think its a small matter... or u think tat... ai yar... nvm lar... over liao... dun want to tell him/her... well, ur wrong... even if it is really a small issue, small things can accumulate into big issues... these small issues can maybe jus can cause some small irritance maybe? but after it become big issues... u will find the committee breaking into small grps... then become got 2 sides... one grp think tis person wrong then the other side support the person... then no teamwork... then difficult to do things and to run the club smoothly... so must really communicate among urselves to resolve All issues... so cannot isolate any member of ur committee also... u all are a team... lol... kwok's story bout the ass also true... haha... i know u all can do it 1... u all got the drive to make the club flourish... jia you... =)
dotz... even on the day of the agm... none of u want to tell me wats goin in the club... over liao, dun need to tell me? do u know that everything got consequences and lasting effects? so i can jus dun noe everything becoz i not in club during weekdays? am i even regarded as part of the committee? or u think i too childish? better not to know anything right? but at least i can try to solve or uds the current situation rite? am i really tat useless? i dun noe the situation... then how to better guage things? dot... say all nice nice... wat mus say everything out in the committee during sharing session... u all got do not... dotz... forget it... now also hand down le... u all still dun wan to say then dun say. hope the new main comm will learn from our mistakes...
